Download here
This week we are talking about nuclear weapons and disarmament. The cold war may be over but should be still be worried? How will we reach a world free of nuclear weapons? and what is Australia's role in nuclear proliferation?
Our first guest is Dimity Hawkins, campaigner from the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN).
Jess speaks with Dr Jim Green, spokesperson for Friends of the Earth anti-nuclear campaign about Australia's latest uranium export deals.
And Finally Libby speaks with June from Foot Prints For Peace, who are currently on a Womens Peace Walk, from Brisbane to Canberra.
We didn't get time to play this story about the launch of a class action suit against the British government by victims of the Maralinga nuclear tests. The story aired earlier this month on The Wire, 2ser's current affairs show. Download here.
